I'll never forget those "Dahil Sai Yo" moments...And speaking of his station wagon, I am another life blessed by his generosity. Food in abundance shared with gusto, a once in a lifetime trip to the Phillipines, and the "better than anything else" feeling that I was his favorite (after his own kids of course). But that was how he made everyone feel. Can't wait to see him again...

The goal is to strengthen the gluteus medius in the short position. This stabilizes the hip and maximizes gluteus maximus function.
1. Mini-band lateral stepping
2. Wall airplanes
3. Side plank with opposite hip abduction
4. Swiss ball isometric pushes into a wall
5. Warrior I, II and III (make sure the knee does not fall into valgus)

Hi Sherry! Thanks for posting the link to your blog on the MOITC site. I blog as Caution Flag (thank-you, Nascar), but my blog is far less-highbrow than yours. What a talented woman you are! I am very intrigued by your books and the journies you've been on.

You've now debunked everything I thought I knew about shin splints. My knowledge-base is so very, very narrow.

Thank you so much for inviting me to your blog! Keep up the awesome work... I love reading about it. OBLC is going well so far. It's a lot to take in and they often forget many of us are brand new to Army life. I feel as though I am quite literally learning a whole new language and culture. Passed my first fitness test on Friday (yay!) Midterm exam is on the 30th, and we'll be in the field for the three following weeks. I'll send out another mass email soon... maybe with a few pics of my new apartment :)
Oh, and keep an eye on the mail... I'll be sending something your way this week.

Take care!
